1 Open your Adobe Flash 
Change the size of the stage into a 768 x 576 pixels. 
Change color into black bacground

2. Change the color of the fill color to #336699  and stroke color usednone 

3. Click the rectangle tool   to make the water by pushing it to the stage as shown below.



4. Right click on frame 15 and click insert keyframe, change the water images via drag upwards using the selection tool on the left

7. Click on frame 1 and select a shape tween

At 35 frames right click insert keyframe, Change picture like this >>



8. Click in frame 15, select a shape tween


9. Then copy frame 1 
how: right click on frame 1 and select Copy Frames 
then Paste in frame 60


10. Click in frame 35 select a shape tween
